Spencer Crawford, a PCC and ECU graduate, says submitting the final project for his planning practicum as an ECU senior was one of his most satisfying academic achievements. He says it was the “culmination of all the experiences, studying, and hard work of the previous two years” and added that he was proud of his work and what it took to accomplish it.
