Financial Aid Forms
Please apply for financial aid at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsawww.fafsa.gov before completing any of these forms. Please do not submit forms unless instructed to do so through letter, email, or a financial aid staff member.
Forms must be printed, filled out and signed then emailed to pccfa@email.pittcc.edu for fastest processing. Forms can also be faxed to 252-321-4201 or mailed to:

Tips for Sending Forms:
- Try to email documents through your my.pittcc email address for your security
- Send documents via email as PDF with the iPhone notes app or other scanning apps
- Taking pictures of documents and emailing those pictures is acceptable as long as they are readable
- If you do not have access to print documents, please email pccfa@email.pittcc.edu for assistance
- Please remember that all forms must be physically signed as opposed to digitally
