How do I log in to myPittCC? . . . INSTRUCTIONS:
You will need your seven-digit PCC I.D. number . . .
It’s on your PCC ID card or certain official mailings from the school. If you do not have access to any of those items:
- Students must contact the Registrar’s Office in the Goess Student Center or call them at 252-493-7232.
- Employees must contact Human Resources in Vernon White 11 or call them at 252-493-7289 or contact their supervisor.
NOTE: For security reasons, Technical Support cannot give you your seven-digit PCC I.D. number.
Log in like this . . .
It’s your first initial, middle initial, full last name, and last three digits of your seven-digit PCC I.D. number with NO spaces or capital letters.
Example : john michael doe, whose seven-digit PCC I.D. number is 0098765, would have a username of jmdoe765.
If your account is new and you have never logged in before, it starts out as all three of your initials (first, middle, last) plus your seven-digit PCC I.D. number, with NO spaces or capital letters.
Example : john michael doe, whose seven-digit PCC I.D. number is 0098765, would have a password of jmd0098765.
If you have no middle initial or you believe it may not have been recorded when you applied, simply leave it out of the instructions above for username and password.
If you have changed your password at some point, and have set up your challenge questions in the past, then you can attempt to use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. NOTE: You must have set up security questions via the “Manage account” link at some point in the past when you knew your password in order to be able to use the “Forgot Password” option, so make sure you do that as soon as possible.
If you cannot log in using the instructions above, see some troubleshooting tips.
