Welcome Federal Credit Union President/CEO Stacey Mills (left) and Greenville Branch Manager Raldy Baez (right) presented a $1,000-check to PCC Foundation Executive Director Beth Sigmon (second from left) and PCC Scholarships Coordinator Kim Simpkins on Thursday morning. The PCC Foundation will use the money to award a scholarship during the 2023-24 academic year. All full- and part-time PCC students from any degree program can apply for it.
