DETAILS: We all need to step away from the carers of the day! Join PCC Counseling Services for Mindful Mondays! Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. Engaging in mindfulness has proven health benefits, including improved ability to focus, make decisions and problem solve!
There will be four 15-minute sessions held in conjunction with each Mindful Mondays event, with morning sessions starting at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Just 15 minutes of mindfulness can make a MAJOR difference in how the rest of your day goes!
