DETAILS: Join Pitt Community College and the PCC Foundation July 29 at 2 p.m. for a groundbreaking ceremony at the future site of the Eddie & Jo Allison Smith Student Advancement Center. When completed, the building will include special service centers for veterans, men, women, scholarships, and the VISIONS Career Development and Scholarship Program.
