DETAILS: This event, which is part of PCC’s celebration of Black History Month, will feature the Gloriously-Gifted PCC/ECHS Arts Students, ECHS Gospel Ensemble, The RaSheeda Waddell Combo and other wonderful PCC artisans! This is a floating affair, and refreshments will be provided.
