Email Migration Instructions

Attention All PCC Students - Email Access Instructions Graphic

Attention all PCC students! All email apps other than Outlook (for example, Gmail) no longer work to access your PCC email account. In order to send and receive PCC emails on your phone, you will need to download the Outlook app. Otherwise you can log into the Portal and click the ‘Check Mail’ button. Follow our step-by-step guides below to learn how to download and install the app on your phone.

  1. Download the Outlook app from the App Store and open the app. Type in your full @my.pittcc.edu email address and click ‘Add Account’
  2. If the app asks you to sign in with Google (Gmail), click ‘Done‘ in the top left-hand side of the page. If not, proceed to Step 5.
  3. The app will return you to login page. Select ‘Set Up Manually‘ from the list.
  4. Select Office 365 from the list.
  5. Enter your full @my.pittcc.edu email and password and select ‘Sign In
  6. When prompted to add another account, select ‘Maybe Later
  1. Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store and open the app. Click the ‘Add Account‘ button.
  2. Type in your full @my.pittcc.edu email address and click ‘Continue
  3. If the app asks you to sign in with Google (Gmail), select ‘Not Google‘ at the bottom of the page. If not, proceed to Step 6. 
  4. Select ‘Change Account Provider
  5. Select Office 365 from the list.
  6. Enter your full @my.pittcc.edu email and password and select ‘Sign In
