Email Migration Instructions

Attention All PCC Students - Email Access Instructions Graphic

Attention all PCC students! All email apps other than Outlook (for example, Gmail) no longer work to access your PCC email account. In order to send and receive PCC emails on your phone, you will need to download the Outlook app. Otherwise you can log into the Portal and click the ‘Check Mail’ button. Follow our step-by-step guides below to learn how to download and install the app on your phone.

  1. Download the Outlook app from the App Store and open the app. Type in your full @my.pittcc.edu email address and click ‘Add Account’ Add account button highlighted in yellow
  2. If the app asks you to sign in with Google (Gmail), click ‘Done‘ in the top left-hand side of the page. If not, proceed to Step 5. Done highlighted in yellow
  3. The app will return you to login page. Select ‘Set Up Manually‘ from the list. Set Up Account Manually highlighted in yellow
  4. Select Office 365 from the list. Office 365 highlighted in yellow
  5. Enter your full @my.pittcc.edu email and password and select ‘Sign InSign in button highlighted in yellow
  6. When prompted to add another account, select ‘Maybe LaterMaybe later highlighted in yellow

  2. Type in your full @my.pittcc.edu email address and click ‘ContinueEnter your email prompt highlighted in yellow
  3. If the app asks you to sign in with Google (Gmail), select ‘Not Google‘ at the bottom of the page. If not, proceed to Step 6. Not Google link highlighted in yellow
  4. Select ‘Change Account ProviderChange account provider highlighted in yellow

  6. Enter your full @my.pittcc.edu email and password and select ‘Sign InSign in button highlighted in yellow
