Pitt Community College reserves the right to change schedules at any time and to add or withdraw courses.

Course Repeats

Students who take an Occupational Extension course (designated OE) more than twice within a five-year period shall pay a pro-rated cost of the course determined by Pitt Community College. Students may repeat a Self Supporting class as many times as they wish.

The College may refund registration fees under the following circumstances:

  • If a student officially withdraws from the class prior to the first class session, the student will receive a 100% refund.
  • If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, the student will receive a 100% refund.
  • After a class begins and a student officially withdraws from the class prior to or by the 10% point of the scheduled hours, the student will receive a 75% refund.

This refund is limited to the registration fee and does not include accident insurance, liability insurance, textbooks or supplies. To officially withdraw for a refund, students must sign a refund form on or before the 10% point of the class. This form is available from the PCC Greenville Center located at 3107 S.
