Insurance Pre-Licensing Asynchronous Schedule
Asynchronous classes can begin at any specified time of the month that is agreed upon between the student and the Coordinator of Workforce Licensure. Students will have 60 days to complete their asynchronous course. Students will be contacted via email and/or phone call to discuss their start date of class. These classes are self-paced and include video streaming activities. The cost of these classes is significantly lower due to the video nature of the class, but this option allow you to watch videos multiple times to review the material. Instructors are available on-call to address student questions. Costs of these classes are as follows:
- 40 hour classes – $320
- 20 hour classes – $200
- 10 hour classes – $145

Property & Casualty Pre-licensing
This course is designed to prepare you for the N.C. State Property & Casualty Insurance Agents Examination. There is a 40-hour study requirement by DOI, 20 hours for Property and 20 hours for Casualty. The study requirements will be met with the video, quizzes and study recommendations on the video. This program is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 40 hours. Cost: $320 (Cost includes material fee. Material fee is nonrefundable once registered)
Property Pre-licensing
This course is designed to prepare you for the N.C. State Property Insurance Agents Examination. Life & Health Pre-licensing

North Carolina Medicare Supplement/Long Term Care
This course is designed to prepare you for the N.C. State Medicare Supplement/Long Term Care Insurance Agents Examination. There is a 10-hour study requirement by DOI that will be met with the video, quizzes, and study recommendations on the video. This program is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 10 hours. Cost: $145
Property & Casualty Adjusters Pre-licensing
This course is designed to prepare you for the N.C. State Property and Casualty Adjusters Examination. There is not a pre-licensing study requirement by DOI; however, students studying this adjuster specific course will increase the probability of passing the state exam. The course includes a video, quizzes and study recommendations on the video. This program is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 40 hours. Cost: $320 (Cost includes material fee. Material fee is nonrefundable once registered)
Personal Lines Pre-licensing
This course is designed to prepare you for the N.C. State Personal Lines Insurance Agents Examination. The minimum recommended study time is 40-hours. The difference between the Property and Casualty and this course is the Commercial section. Personal Lines does not include the Commercial section on the state exam. The study requirements will be met with the video, quizzes, and study recommendations on the video. This program is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 40 hours.
