Health Care Services Supply List

Below is the mandatory uniform and supply list required to participate in the Nurse Aide I and II Programs.

Note:
Uniform choices are available at one of the two locations listed below and must be purchased from these locations to be in compliance with our uniform policy.

Uniform:
Royal blue uniform top with PCC monogram in white on right side of top with royal blue pants. White or black shoes with enclosed front (no foam crocs).

Your uniform may need to be ordered and can take 1-1 ½ weeks, but some are currently in stock.

Other Required Items:

> White or black hose or socks
> Watch with a second hand
> Pocket-size note pad
> Stethoscope
> Blood pressure cuff
> Black ink pen
> Transfer/Gait belt

All the above items must be worn or brought to BOTH Lab and Clinical days. You do not need to wear your uniform on the first day of class.
