Starting college can be a big change but you do not have to do it alone! The Bruiser’s Crew Peer Mentoring Program connects first-year students with experienced PCC students who are here to help you build confidence, get connected, and learn the ropes of college life.
Your mentor will check in regularly, share helpful tips, and help you navigate everything from classes and campus resources to getting involved and staying on track.
Whether you are looking for support or ready to make a difference as a mentor, Bruiser’s Crew is all about mentoring that makes a difference.

Get Involved
Want to join the crew? There are two ways to get started:
- Become a Mentee: Open to first-year PCC students who want guidance, support, and connection.
- Become a Mentor: Open to returning PCC students with at least one year of experience who are ready to lead, encourage, and inspire others.
