What is the return policy?

We have a three-day return period throughout the year. At the beginning of each semester, we extend our return period to ten days from the first day of class. We do have a NO return period beginning two weeks before the semester ends. The book must be in the same condition and accompanied by a cash register receipt.

Does the Student Store buy back books?

We offer an in-store buyback throughout the year. We also have our beginning/ending term buyback, you may receive a little more money at these buys.

What do students need in order to use Financial Aid monies?

Financial Aid includes scholarships, loans, grants, and third-party charges. Students will have a period at the beginning of each semester to charge items to their accounts. Students will need a copy of their schedule and a student ID to use Financial Aid.

What are the forms of payment?

Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard & Financial Aid (specific dates) are the forms of payment.  You will need a student ID for Check & Financial Aid purchases.

Can we ship textbooks?

Yes, we can ship your textbooks for $14.00 for the first textbook and $1.00 for each additional textbook.  We ship Fed Ex Ground, which takes two to three business days for delivery.

How do I avoid long lines?

We are now offering a program that allows you to reserve books and pick them up at the beginning of each semester. The first day of Financial Aid Charges and the first day of class are our busiest times. Usually, afternoons are less busy than mornings.

How do I get my books?

You can purchase books in our store or online at our website.
