Test Prep & Information

It is always best to be prepared when taking a test. We offer resources to help identify your learning style and how to deal with stress and test anxiety. Check out the links below to access these resources.

What’s Your Learning Style?

Knowing your preferred learning style determines how you learn best.  Three learning styles are often identified in students.

  • Auditory
  • Visual
  • Tactile/Kinesthetic

This helpful information on “Test Anxiety” (provided by the Office of Accessibility) provides helpful tools on how to manage stress. In addition, we have provided a link to a free assessment which will provide valuable feedback and tips to manage stress.
