Do You Have Stress or Test Anxiety?
Most of us at some point in our lives have dealt with stress or a stressful event. Preparing for a placement test can often leave us feeling nervous and feeling worried as to what to expect. This helpful information on “Test Anxiety” (provided by the Office of Accessibility) provides helpful tools on how to manage stress. In addition, we have provided a link to a free assessment which will provide valuable feedback and tips to manage stress. PCC Transitions Learning Center
Have you been out of school for a while? Would you like to refresh your skills before taking the college entry placement test?
Our Transitions Learning Center (the TLC) is open Monday through Thursday, 8am-8pm for students needing to brush up on skills, achieve credit for RISE-required courses tuition-free, or prepare for college enrollment. Some restrictions apply. Contact Sissy Grubbs, 252-493-7560 for more information.

You must be a high school or HSE graduate or be close to HSE completion to participate.
