Technical Support

The Technical Support curriculum focuses on implementing computer systems and software, providing technical assistance, and managing information systems.

This program develops a student’s ability to communicate complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks in a manner that computer users can understand. Upon completion, students will be prepared for industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, and VMware’s VCTA-DCV.

Graduates should qualify for entry-level positions in industry, small business, education, service organizations, and government agencies.
