Computer Technologies Transfer Opportunities
The Computer Technologies Department offers two pathways for students interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline in the field.
Computer Science Transfer Certificate
The Computer Science Transfer Certificate is a 12-hour certificate designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year school and obtain a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline in the field.

- MAT 171 – Precalculus Algebra
Career and College Promise – Information Technology Pathway: Computer Science Transfer
The Career and College Promise pathway is a four-course pathway designed for high school students who plan to attend a four-year school and obtain a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline. This program provides students with an opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.
