SPA 111 Elementary Spanish I

This course introduces the fundamental elements of the Spanish language within a
cultural context. Emphasis is placed on the development of basic listening,
speaking, reading, and writing skills.

SPA 112 Elementary Spanish II

This course is a continuation of SPA 111 focusing on the fundamental elements of
the Spanish language within a cultural context. Emphasis is placed on the
progressive development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

SPA 211 Intermediate Spanish I

This course provides a review and expansion of the essential skills of the Spanish
language. Emphasis is placed on the study of authentic and representative literary
and cultural texts.

SPA 212 Intermediate Spanish II

This course provides a continuation of SPA 211. Emphasis is placed on the
continuing study of authentic and representative literary and cultural texts.

SPA 181 Spanish Lab 1

This course provides an opportunity to enhance acquisition of the fundamental
elements of the Spanish language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive
development of basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through the
use of various supplementary learning media and materials.

FRE 111 Elementary French I

This course introduces the fundamental elements of the French language within a
cultural context. Emphasis is placed on the development of basic listening,
speaking, reading, and writing skills.

FRE 112 Elementary French II

This course is a continuation of FRE 111 focusing on the fundamental elements of
the French language within a cultural context.

FRE 211 Intermediate French I

This course provides a review and expansion of the essential skills of the French
language. Emphasis is placed on the study of authentic and representative literary
and cultural texts.

FRE 212 Intermediate French II

This course is a continuation of FRE 211. Emphasis is placed on the continuing
study of authentic and representative literary and cultural texts.

ASL 111 Elementary ASL I

This course introduces the fundamental elements of American Sign Language
within a cultural context. Emphasis is placed on the development of basic
expressive and receptive skills.

ASL 112 Elementary ASL II

This course is a continuation of ASL 111 focusing on the fundamental elements of
American Sign Language in a cultural context. Emphasis is placed on the
progressive development of expressive and receptive skills.

ASL 211 Intermediate ASL I

This course provides a review and expansion of the essential skills of American
Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive development of expressive
and receptive skills.

ASL 181 ASL Lab 1

This course provides an opportunity to enhance acquisition of the fundamental
elements of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive
development of basic expressive and receptive skills through the use of
supplementary learning media and materials.

ASL 182 ASL Lab 2

This course provides an opportunity to enhance acquisition of the fundamental
elements of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive
development of basic expressive and receptive skills through the use of
supplementary learning media and materials.

ASL 281 ASL Lab 3

This course provides an opportunity to enhance the review and expansion of the
essential skills of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the progressive
development of expressive and receptive skills through the study of authentic and
representative literary and cultural texts through the use of various supplementary
learning media and materials.
