Technical Support

The Office of Information Technology and Services (OITS) was created in 1997 as a result of several campus quality improvement teams. It provides a broad range of technology related educational support services. This division includes the following areas:

  • Administrative Computing Services
  • Computer Support
  • Infrastructure Services
  • IT Research Services
  • Technical Support Help Desk

Our mission is to provide quality technology-based services and support in a customer-oriented, cost-effective manner that facilitates the college’s mission.  To accomplish this, OITS works collaboratively with the campus community to provide technological leadership emphasizing empowerment of the individual through the use of technology.
