Library Renovations Underway in Everett Building

It’s a safe bet the second floor of PCC’s library doesn’t look much like people remember it these days.
Renovations to the Clifton W. Everett Building, which opened in 1987, got underway earlier this month. Jacksonville’s PRO Construction, Inc., was awarded the contract to make improvements to the 33,000-square-foot facility.
Overhauling the second floor is expected to take roughly four months to complete. Once finished, the library will move its services to the second floor so that the first floor can be renovated.
