Walk-In Registration for Fall '16 Is Aug. 17

WINTERVILLE—Students who want to take courses at Pitt Community College this fall will have one more opportunity to sign up for them, when the college holds walk-in registration Aug. 17.

According to Joanne Ceres, PCC director of enrollment management/registrar, walk-in registration will run from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is open to all students – new and returning. Students, she said, may sign up for classes with their advisors or via the web.

“Although some course sections have reached capacity already, the college is working hard to add additional seats in many classes,” Ceres said. “So, students should be able to register for the classes they need.”

Ceres said students who sign up for classes during walk-in registration must pay for their tuition and fees that day by 7 p.m. She noted that unpaid schedules would be purged.

The fall semester at PCC begins Aug. 18.
