Orchestra to Play Sunday in the Park Series
WINTERVILLE—The Pitt Community College Symphony Orchestra will make its first-ever appearance in Greenville’s "Sunday in the Park Series" June 16 at 7 p.m.
The performance, which will take place at the Greenville Town Common, will feature a variety of music – from classical composer Joseph Haydn and selections from “Les Miserables” to The Beatles and John Philip Sousa’s “Stars and Stripes Forever.”
The concert, which is free and open to the public, will also feature PCC instructor Peggy Vaughan leading a chorus in singing "Andrew Lloyd Webber: A Concert Celebration."
