Pitt Community College (PCC) students, faculty, staff, and visitors have the right to be free from all violence. Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in an educational institution's activities, including employment, academics, and educational, extracurricular, and athletic activities (both on and off campus).
