The Human Resources Department is committed to the principle that PCC employees are the most valuable resource at the college. In keeping with this philosophy and the College's mission to "educate and empower people for success in the workforce", Pitt Community College has developed a variety of training programs to promote employee growth. While some of the trainings are mandatory, we encourage you to take advantage of the others as part of your professional development.
