Science Detectives

Make ice cream using science instead of a freezer. But wait: the recipe has been stolen! You must become a detective and use forensics to track down the thief before you can start. Examine the crime scene, use chromatography, do chemical tests, and sweep for fingerprints to find the culprit. Once you reclaim the recipe, you’ll be able to reward yourselves with an icy treat.
Astro Adventures

Discover the worlds of our solar system and leap among the stars of the Milky Way to explore glowing constellations. SEE what you can find in the bottom of the world’s seas, along the shores, and in other wetlands. Students will discover deep sea animals, cephalopods, mollusks, octopuses, invertebrate animals, and other fish and mammals on their journey.
A.W.A.R.E. Camp for Girls Rising 7th-9th
Dates: July 8-12
Time: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (8:30 am - 12:00 pm on Friday)
Cost: $99
This camp will promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) learning and provide activities to showcase technology to girls. Girls will participate in computer building, computer programming, electronics, team building and problem solving using LEGO mindstorm bots. Girls will travel to local industries and meet women working in technology.
A.W.A.R.E. Camp for Girls Rising 4th-6th
