Note 2: The Nursing Assistant II requires a Criminal Background Check specifically from www.certifiedbackground.com The cost for N.C. Residents is $34.00 non- residents $59.00. N.C. Residents should use code pi06 and out of state students should use code pi06os when registering with certified background. If you fail to complete the criminal background or have certain crimes you may be denied admission to required clinical sites and you will not receive a refund. If you have any questions regarding the criminal background requirement please call 493-7225/7733. Criminal Background Check will be completed on date announced in class.
Note 3: Phlebotomy students will get their criminal background checks & Drug Screening Test information from the organization Criminal Background Check www.certifiedbackground.com. The cost for N.C. Residents is $34.00 non- residents $59.00. N.C. Residents should use code pi06 and out of state students should use code pi06os when registering with certified background. The cost for the Drug Screening is $34.00 for students. Lab coats are required before you can participate in clinicals. Clinical times will be 1 full week 8am - 5pm on the last week of class or until clinical times for all students are completed.
