The five sections taught are Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. Students will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of assessment. Instructor: Scot Elden. Cost: $75


ServSafe - Food Safety Management

This course covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. Food Service Specialist Program

This course covers the requirement for individuals wanting to develop skills for entry into the food service industry. In this 6-week program you will earn an Employability Skills for Food Service Specialist Certificate; ServSafe for Food Handlers; ServSafe for Managers; Kitchen Safety Certificate: Measurements and Knife Skills; and a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). Instructor: Joanne Duncan. Tuition: $186.25 (Insurance Included). Instructional Materials/Exam Fees/Certificates: $500.
