e-PRO

NAR’s e-PRO certification provides high-level Internet marketing and social media theory with practical suggestions for its implementation in a consistent manner. Students will learn how to interact with their desired markets and to position themselves as trusted advisors and valued members of their online communities. Cost: $150


BPOR

BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Evaluation Process” is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in creating BPOs, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation methods. Real Estate Pre-Licensing

This course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a provisional broker and is designed to prepare the student to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws. Cost $185
 

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation

This course provides the information necessary to prepare real estate professionals to represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. This is the two day course fulfillment towards the ABR designation. An elective must be completed in order to completely fulfill the educational requirements. Cost: $150
  

Senior Real Estate Specialist

This course was developed by the SRES Council specifically for those real estate professionals that are interested in focusing on 50+ real estate clients and consumers. Cost: $150


Real Estate BICAR

This 4 hour mandatory course is required by all Brokers-in-Charge in order to maintain their eligibility each license year. Cost: $45
