Evaluating property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives. BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Evaluation Process” is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in creating BPOs, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation methods. Real Estate Pre-Licensing

This course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a provisional broker and is designed to prepare the student to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices, law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real estate laws. Cost $180
 

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation

This course provides the information necessary to prepare real estate professionals to represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. This is the two day course fulfillment towards the ABR designation. An elective must be completed in order to completely fulfill the educational requirements. Cost: $150

The overall goals of this course are to familiarize students with green principles and choices in home design and construction; raise awareness of innovative materials, systems and construction methods; learn about energy-efficient systems including onsite power generation; and distinguish levels and cost benefits of retro-fitting, remodeling.
