Distance Education Services
Distance Education Support
The library offers its services to all PCC students, including those that take only online classes.
Located on the 2nd floor of the library, the Reference Desk is staffed by professional librarians who are ready to help you find the information you need. The Reference Desk phone number is (252) 493-7360.
Online Reference Services
The Library also provides means for patrons to contact librarians and search for answers via the Internet. The Ask Us! page allows users to search a database of frequently asked questions (FAQs), submit questions by e-mail, or chat with a librarian.
Learn what library instruction is, get library class handouts, schedule individual or class sessions and more.
Individuals can request brief tours at the Reference Desk as long as another librarian is available to watch the desk. Anyone bringing a large group or multiple groups to the library for a tour must schedule an appointment prior to visiting the library. Call the Reference Desk at (252) 493-7360 to schedule a tour. Please do not bring your group to the library until you have received confirmation from a librarian.
